This is a really delicious starter based on dried seaweed. I put it on toasted baguette slices f.ex. or in a small cup.
Slice it and add sesame oil, mild olive oil, minced échalotte onion, minced gurkin, ume su or another mild vinegar, no salt, pepper and the secret ingredient : avocado oil. You can add the latter till you get a nice oily consistency.
Add zest of lime for extra tanginess.
Put in the fridge a while before serving.
This keeps a few days because of the oils.
